It seems that most people simply do not want to hear that things are getting better. Even as life gets better and there are more choices - more things to buy, more things to do - the complaints keep poring in - too many people, too much pollution, everything is more expensive - etc etc etc -

OK, there are more people for sure - so? Who are we to begrudge others for their lives?

Venezuela: Paradise

Not kidding ... A country that has a "natural resource" (i.e. oil) is unable to make what consumers need - Reason?  "It is the fault of the private sector and those that want to make a profit" (Sounds like Obama)
